Apple EarPods - Feel great in the ear!

I always feel great to have it handy when connecting it to my macbook pro or Android phones if my wireless airpods are either out of battery or not around.

Physical properties outweigh hardware properties

Hardware or software problem--unsure. Have to keep "messing" with the remote piece. And the "case" may serve more as a display case but is not "fitting" for usage as a storage case where one would like to access easily and quickly.

Apple Earbuds

But, with that being said....Best Buy has been my go to store for 20+ years. They have excellent customer service and have went out of the way several times to honor their warranties on anything from a camera to a laptop.
