    My daughter needs new buds a couple of times per year... not because of wear ... but loss and unfortunately theft. I gave her my new pair when I moved her into college ... so I had to get my new buds. Love them for hands free operating.

    My experience with in house Geek Squad was great! The experience with Chat on line Geek Squad was very poor. I was finally able to resolve the issues myself. They always say i have to bring it to the store. No assistance at all
