Almost everything that I need

He also uses these even though he has an Android, as do I. Since I do not have an Apple phone, I'm going to assume that is the reason I cannot use the volume buttons on the headset to adjust the volume on my phone. Aside from the one minor issue, everything else is great.

It was better to buy it at Best Buy than in other places bc of the price. It is the same product & brand as the other I saw for a higher price. I’m glad I came to Best Buy.

Overall pretty good earbuds

They are ok for sitting while using phone or tablet. They are definitely not for use while doing any physical activity such as working out, etc. They should replace the earbuds that come standard with the phone with these.

Nice wired headphones

Cord untangles pretty easily.

Apple EarPods - remote access and mic

But this is the problem with most ear phones, so I wouldn't consider it a fault in the product. The price is expected. However there are cheaper alternatives.
