Works fine and easiest place to be sure you’re getting genuine apple products. But thought it had a microphone and it doesn’t so have to exchange it. Wish it was easier to tell that online.

They work, old reliable. Don't sound terrible so that's a plus

I decided to go with smaller headphones for my iphone and had listened to my dad's new headphones that came with his iphone 5. That convinced me to replace my old headphones with these. I am very satisfied with the decision.

Perfect for what it’s intended to do. Only issue is that the cord get tangled so easily but that’s expected to happen for a cord.

I bought these as a Christmas present for my wife after she showed me how her 3 year old ones that came with her iPhone were beginning to show signs of age. The rubber was starting to go kind of ‘manky’ and was starting to crack in places. I guess three years isn’t bad.

Apples earbuds sound pretty good for the price. This pair were for my teenage son. I can't get them to stay in but he wears them when jumping on the trampoline and doesn't have a problem. Maybe because his ears are smaller.

a real Apple product, so we got exactly what we thought we were getting and are quite happy with it. (I learned the hard way that there are not "real Apple" brand products out there; some loophole on the name somewhere).

Amazing earbuds perfect present for anyone during Christmas

Apple is always the best choice, in my opinion. Other ear pods don't stay in my ear with those little rubber pieces you attach to the end. They are very uncomfortable. I never have an issue with Apple.

i purchased these because i lost my 4th pair, but they work perfect until about a year when the base no longer is the same, fortunately apple has warranty where you can swap em for new ones and this makes up for it!

I'd give these a 4 if they weren't so good. They likely to need replacing due to a break in the wire over time, but for the price and the fact BestBuy offered the replacement warranty this time, they get a full 5 from me.

Its Really good, but after 1year one of the sides/wires always stops working or start showing problems

Apple is a great product. I had went with some other ear buds and thought they were good until one of the speakers went out. Bought apple abd its been great and they give you a 1year warranty as well

Great for everything you do. Listening to music, talking on phone or doing a zoom (online) call...clear volume and speaker for whatever you are doing

I bought these for my grandson. He had them before but lost them. He bought a cheaper pair but complained of poor quality sound. He did some work for me and I bought these. He was delighted.

Sound quality is good. However, It does not fit properly in ears. Wouldn't have bought it had I tried it on in the store. There were none on display and to test.

Good headphone, standard headphone plug, works with any 3.5mm headphone jack. Will not work with new iphone that does not have a 3.5mm headphone jack.

They work perfectly, just as expected. They filter out some of the background noise, or so I've been told in my online work meetings.
