I love these so much I bought my daughter and husband a pair also and just bought two more for spares. They are great because you can operate your music with the click right in front and not have to navigate your phone or iPod.

I don't like wireless headphones and I needed something for when I fly and these are perfect.

Needed a back up pair and grateful they were in stock! :)

Like all the other iphone headphones, they work well and rarely fail. One thing though is that after much usage they stop working from 1 side, however they do give you a year warranty so its worth it.

I purchased these only because I was used to the headphones what came with my iphone. Used these for about a year then the headphone jack broke in my phone, Luckily Ipurchased the geeksquad insurance. Walked in with the broken headphones and walked out in about 5 minutes with new headphones.

I use these mostly while walking down the street or talking on the phone when out and about. The sound's quality and depth are alright for an earbud type headphone but not if you're looking for longtime listen.

I purchase this for my daughter and she likes it, works well with her phone.

I use these headphones for pretty much everything from making phone calls to listening to music and podcasts. Just not recommended for working out if you sweat a good bit cause they will get water damage.

Great headphones. Biggest complaint is that I can't use them outside. Sweat shorts out the MIC and kills the controls. Also, my daughter's cat likes the texture of the headphone cord and has chewed through several pair.

I love coming to Best Buy to get phone accessories because I know the product is reliable. Apple EarPods with Mic is my most needed accessory to enjoy my iPhone in peace. Thank you sooo much Best Buy!

I could not get these to stay in my ears no matter what I tried. If I sat absolutely still they would stay for a few minutes, but even still they would start to become dislodged and eventually drop out. I tried swapping ears, putting them in upside down and wrapping the cable around my ear. I looked online and there are tons of youtube videos and support forum articles asking how to get them to stay. I have never had this happen with other headphones, but this is the first time I have tried EarPods. I think they are only suited for a specific ear shape. It is a shame because the sound quality was good.

So I bought these to replace shorted out ones. They're not my everyday headphones, but I use them when I'm not home so I don't lose or damage my Bose ones. Wish they were a little more comfortable.

I love these Ear phones. They work absolutely great. The staff is always helpful and courteous. If I need another set of earphones for my iPhones I’m definitely going to Best Buy to get these.

If you dont have to spend much on earphone this is good option , sound is clear but wires get entangled sometimes. Wireless earphones are better option.

My daughter is a total apple purchaser. She believes they are better than everything else in the market. I would disagree. Good the price I can find better sounding buds. Also, this is the 2nd pair she has bought on 6 months. To me that screams lacking quality.

Since Apple did away with the 3.5mm jack on their newer phones, I still appreciate these retro items. Just recently purchased the adapter for this so I’m fine.
