Like them very much waaaaaaay better than old style

Shape of earbud is so uncomfortable. Causes pain after about 5 minutes of wear. Other than that, works just fine- clear audio.

These ear pods DO NOT fit as well as the previous pair I owned. This is the 3rd pair of this type of pod, and this one fits my ear horribly. Not sure why they (Apple) would change the dimensions, but they clearly did. But I keep these because I had the protection plan on them, and they're replaced when they get damaged. If I didn't have my JBL Reflects I don't know what I'd do, because Beats are overrated and over priced. And Klipsch is one of a very few brands, that offers both the sound and quality in an ear pod/bud that a true sound enthusiast could appreciate.

When I got the product first everything was fine, Within a month the left earphone started acting up. First I thought it was a loose connection but the problem is more serious and it causes white noise due to faulty product.,

Isn't interesting how Apple can find more ways to separate your money from your wallet? I bought this as a gift for a Apple devotee Guess they did not know there was an Android phone available.

They are not bad for listening to music but as a pair of headset to use for speaking I have a lot of people who can't hear me. I assume the microphone is weak. Also you can wear them for a while but they may start hurting your ears after long periods of time.

Love my ear buds. Great sound and able to receive and send calls without issues. Sound is loud and clear.

These are what you get with the standard purchase of a iphone but they work well for talk and listening.

I really enjoy this product. I would recommend it.

Don't get me wrong, they are solid pair of headphones. However, they get easily tangled and can break easily. Plus it gets very difficult to try to return the headphones within the warranty, but I guess thats apples doing.

Enjoy listening to music longer without sore ears.

Replacement based on damaged plug on previous item

unfortunately, I have not received the package, even they shared the picture when we return from the holiday we are unable to find the product

These are Apple replacement headphones that my daughter loves. However within 30 days we had to return this pair because the "plug-in" piece came out. There was no problem getting a replacement from Best Buy. The customer service was great.

They work as advertised. There is nothing special about them in particular; but they get the job done.

Nothing special. They keep falling out my ears but hey they're Apple. I misplaced my original headphones that came with my phone. They pair well with an iPhone if you don't have an iPhone there would be no need for these headphones

These are just another pair of headphones. I used a coupon so they were basically free. I wouldn't spend $30 dollars on them. It IS nice to have all apple everything though. Seriously if you're strapped for cash these aren't worth it.

Perfect for my daughter who looses everything It has been thru 2 wash cycles and still working!

They pull easily so they don't last long. I feel apple needs to make better quality cords so they don't damage so easy. I love the sound of the buds but its the cord that stinks...

I have not had any problems with this product.. sound is great for talking and listening to music
