Poor quality for Apple

These headphones were crimped a little when I took them out of the package and now they are super scratchy and fuzzy when I use them. I ended up getting a super cheap pair from the supermarket that work just fine. I have to say though, I am disappointed in the overall quality of the item.

Shipping location changed/ Super Late arrival

However, this is the first time I have ordered something from them. A small C size adapter for my Samsung S10+ to work with my apple headphones. Not only was the shipping address somehow changed to TX when I reaide in NY... but it was more than 2 weeks late in arriving. I am leniant with Covid 19 being a thing, but this was over the top. I ordered an adapter from Amazon, and it arrived in less than a week with standard shipping. Meanwhile, my adapter was ordered in mid june and arrived today (July 24th). Please don't ever allow this to happen again.
