quit working and best buy will not exchange

The earbuds made my mac book pro randomly turn on itunes and start playing amovie. I could not prevent or stop them from doing this. Best buy most definitely isn't and with the many many thousands spent in being a customer they simply say sorry cant help you. best buy: EPIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL! I will ALWAYS DISRECOMMEND ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM.

Didn't work in older IPod Shuffle

Third pair purchased this year, broke in 3 wks.

The right ear bud stopped working in just 3 weeks. Save some money and buy an off-brand version. The quality couldn't possibly be that much worse.

As soon as I started a phone conversation the headphones crackled. Now every time I use my phone if I move the actual device the headphones crackle and cut out

I used to buy the Best Buy warranty so I could bring them back - they won't warranty them anymore - tells you something, huh? This last pair - straight out of the box - didn't work.
