I usually don't have a problem when I've bought this product before, but the last pair that I bought ended up being terrible. The mic stopped working a day after I started using them, and the right side sounds louder than the left.

Bought these for my GF. She loves them and that makes me happy.

Their voice is good, no pain in ear but they dont last long, gets easily tangled and later stops working.

Do not hesitate to buy these headphones. Ever since my old iPhone headphones crapped out on me I have been using cheap alternatives. After the redesign I thought I would give these a shot I am glad that I did. They fit great in the ears and are much more comfortable than the traditional design. For the price, the sound is top notch. I am very impressed with the bass and overall sound quality. Buy these headphones today.

Cant complain best wired earbuds you can get for the price

Picture doesn’t show that these are the headphones from the old iPhones. Good thing I had a connector from my last pair.

This are not a real improvement to the regular round earphones. After a while the ear starts bodering. Than they get rid of the regular auxiliary and you cant listen while you charge.

Needed a pair of head phones for my IPod that fit with the protective case this is the only pair that works as it cannot be an "L" shape jack. The ear pieces do not fit well in my ears and constantly fall out

I was under the impression that all iPhone headphones were compatible regardless of what model you have. When I opened the package, surprise the headphones aren’t compatible with my iPhone.

I really enjoy using these when my AirPods are charging.

Voice quality is very poor and have trouble in outgoing voice. other side hardly hear. Will try to contact Best buy and get it replaced if possible. unfortunately i lost the packing box etc.

I got these for my son I’m not a big fan. They don’t fit my ear right and you would think the amount of money you spend on apple they could make a better accessory. But, my son loves them.

Overpriced and too easily damaged. Not kid-proof in any way. Too delicate to withstand daily teenager abuse. Apple's fault, not Best Buy.

I bought this item not one, but twice and both times I bought this item I got it home and the box was empty. I went to return it to your store closest to my house and the JACKHOLE behind the counter would not take it back because the box was empty. So I drop 45 minutes across town, away from my house and the WONDERFUL people at your WEST store took the EMPTY boxes back each time.

They dont play loud. Cant turn up the head set to hear good.

Gave these as a gift and bought one for myself. Even with TLC, they have both broken in just three months. Apple needs to up their game or lower their price.
