Is a good product for kids, clarity is not good enough for older teens or adults.

This was not a good experience I bought these to use with my phone when driving and they did not work at all. Tried to get to work but finally gave up. Not impressed. The associate said they would work and I was very specific with him so feel like I got ripped off for the amount of money I spent. Wasn't worth taking back bought a great one that works with my phone at Radio Shack for much cheaper.

I ended up giving them to my lil sis after having them in my ear for 30 min. They didn't feel comfortable.

The purchase was fine. Nothing is special. Staff seems don’t understand customer’s concerns.

I like the older/flatter model better. I find these uncomfortable in my ears.

I bought these and have had to replace numerous times due to the sound not working on one side of the earbuds.

Static calls. Could not hear. Used my computer, phone and another mobile phone to see if the phone was the issue or the earpods. Earpods are low quality.

These work fine but are Nothing special- they are Overpriced due to name Branding

These worked great to start with. We wanted a good pair so we paid more this time.They have already broke..

Apple should come up with a better product, specially for the price and brand it is going to be used

I have a few of these earplugs that I've kept from over the years and they still work okay; some issues with sound going out and making weird glitches in my phone occur, so I bought the same kind. About two weeks after I purchased the earbuds, the wiring and plug came apart. The plug broke off inside my phone, luckily I had a needle- nose pliers to get it out

Work well with most apple products, but don't expect to be blown away with quality.

Overpriced for such poor quality, After only 2 weeks sound stated cutting out and heard static.

My headphones had a shortage and I believe it was refurbish even thought I bought as new.

My sister has went through 6 of these since 2015 . The Best Buy insignia brand last much longer

Not as durable as I had expected. One of the ears is going out all ready.

The Apple earbuds are the best out there.Never had a problem with them.

I cannot actually review the product, so the 1 star rating really is a review of the service associated with it. I own a Samsung phone, and these headphones are not compatible. I asked an associate about the compatibility prior to purchasing, and he said they would work with any phone. I had to return the product--no issues with the return--so it was bothersome.

Seem to always have issues with these. Bestbuy use to offer warranty but now they don't.
