I have now purchased five pairs of Apple EarPods and every single one has not lasted more than a month before becoming non-operational. Enough is enough. I won’t make the same mistake again.

The extras offered by bestbuy like apple music do not work with existing subscribers.

AS typical of Apple products...they have a short life and then they stop working. This has happened numerous times. WE are on our 4th pair and frankly are sick and tired of Apple's poor quality, be it their Iphones, iwathches or these crappy earpods. Buyer beware.

Does anyone make earphones for kids that lasts for more than a month? We've spent more, we've spent less. It really doesn't matter! About a month before the start cutting out, or no longer work at all.

In 1 week, had to exchange it 3 times. The sound quality is bad. For work out, gym, outdoor running. Wires simply get messed up inside where you can't talk to any one or hear other person on other line. If you plan to sit and not do any activity. This product is for you and also if you plan not to move at all.

These earbuds are not good as you have to constantly replace them.

Purchased apple ear pods that seemed packaged as they should be but when I opened the box I discovered the ear buds were not there. Obviously this is something I should have checked in the store. Also the person at checkout should have checked. I will be more observant in the future.

Did not fit in my ears properly. They were uncomfortable.

One of the earbud stop working. Way too soon after I purchased it.

Works for sometime but eventually die out just like the apple charger.

The ear pods were a gift I bought for my sister but when she actually went to use them the volume down button and the pause button didn't work. Of course it was too late to exchange them at the store so I was referred to the Apple store- such an inconvenience. I just wanted to exchange them.

For the amount of money you spend on these headphones you should expect better performance. They lack in the true bass they claim to deliver. It took apple over 8+ years to come up with this sleak new look and they still failed to deliver quality sound. You would do better buying $20 Sony headphones which are far better.
