Weak sound

I am glad I bought the insurance for two years. The sound is weak and they are very uncomfortable to wear. Impossible to wear them at the gym. they keep falling of my ears.

I guess I'm the one out of ten that it doesn't work for you. Good thing bestbuy has a return policy. Find some real ear buds if you really workout these will not work for you.

Terrible construction quality

The 3.5mm plug is only about 1mm into the plastic so if you drop your phone and it lands on the connector the connector snaps. I’ve gone through 5 pairs of these in the last year.
