Prepare to keep buying or get the warranty to trade.

The headset is full of static. Sometimes the mic works, and sometimes it doesn't. The volume goes down on its own.

After considering other options, I chose this headphone. However, I am very disappointed in this product. Just after a month of minimal use this headphone started acting up. The mic stopped working and makes this funny constant noise to the recipient.

They are not what I expected for an apple product.

Working fine when I first bought it but couple months later its already not working properly. All static when i use it and couldnt hear the other person talking.

Unfortunately, the sound cut out of one earbud within a week. The sound is so-so. I bought it for Apple's quality control and am disappointed it broke almost immediately.

Item was supposed to be picked up by a certain time. I never picked it up, but a Best Buy employee marked it picked up. Thank goodness for those security cameras. Pathetic thieves.

One earbud is already out after just 2 months. Very tired of apple products... I thought I bought a warranty and was going to replace them, but I didn't and decided to do a review :)

Sound quality is probably adequate but they do not fit comfortably in the ear nor do they stay in the ear. Very disappointing.

The ear pieces are hard and didn't really fit my small ears. The other issue I had was the seams on the plastic were not smoothe and they scratched my ears. This is not a well thought out product and for the money should be more comfortable.

Very disappointed; keep falling out of my ears. I was really looking forward to these, but they wouldn’t even stay in while I was sitting still

The sound was as good as other buds I have used. These buds don’t stay in the ear at all, they drop out within a minute. Wasted $20.

Bought these ear buds to use when I run. Use them for a short walk and wouldn't stay in my ears. Exchange them for the Sony brand and they work great. Tried to stick apple products but not apple products are great. Very disappointed.

I Did not like these at all I ended up returning them. They were really uncomfortable and kept falling out of my ears.

After one week of using it, the headphones broke but because I did not buy the extended warranty, Best Buy refused to exchange them.

Apple EarPods used to be great but they must be using a cheaper manufacturer now because I can't use this most recent pair without sound cutting in and out. Very frustrating. I'm going to ask for a refund.

Apple did a bad job in these earphones very flimsy have also bought this product a few time the cord is weak and strips easy

Only giving it one star because when my daughter opened it for a gift THERE WERE NO EARPODS!
