They break to easy there is no warranties at best buy. I rather buy them at Apple store. They have warranty there.

Yea... They suck! Hurt my ears still. No cushion on them! The fit is horrible. :(

Useless. They kept falling out of my ears. I threw them out by accident so couldn't even return them. So annoying

I bought this item November 29, 2019. In less than 2 months, and only occasional and light use, the left ear pod started crackeling with loud static.

The original ones that came with my phone were good but these no will not buy again they kept falling out my ears something is definitely different about these

I’m not sure if they changed the design, but I got abrasions on both earlobes. I couldn’t wear them. If I didn’t get them for such a god price, I would return them.

Mic is defective causes major feedback for outhers havent used after first plug in

Doesn't last I've gone through maybe 10+ also frustrated & bought other brands but end up repurchasing it with insurance because because wire shreds from p USB or ear piece sometimes both

After 2 weeks these headphones began to make a static sound. They only played in one ear... And you had to giggle the input to get the other ear workjng. I'm returning them for a new pair.

I believed that the price would be cheaper or as same as Apple, unfortunately it was more than apple store in the email receipt.

It stopped working only a day after . I was really excited at first but really got disappointed.

For some reason my apple headphones did not last. They broke inside of my phone, very disappointed. 1st time I've ever had a problem with any apple product.

The earbuds are already broke one of the wires very upset because my son uses them for school for 30.00 earbuds they should last longer

I am extremely disappointed that apple now makes people buy the ear buds to go with their apple products, I bought an iPad mini the day it came out and was not happy I did not receive earbuds so I bought these ones... They are nice for sound, good quality, durable, and I love the volume change feature right on the cord next to the right side's ear buds. But other than that, it is a speedy pair of ear buds as well as not very comfortable at all :( I use these to watch Netflix on my iPad, and when I smile or laugh is when these become uncomfortable. Not sure what my ears do to make these uncomfortable. They also fall out of my ears easily when this happens. I now just use these when I'm studying and listening to music, that way my ears don't move in odd ways.
