Great product for music lovers. Good quality sound.

Good ear phone quality, but price should be a tad cheaper.

Had to purchase ear phones for my mother, she requested this brand. The price was decent. I got exactly what she wanted. Shipping was fast. She says, the earphones work perfectly. So one point for me and best buy.

Well, this is the 3rd time I've purchased these buds. My daughter has lost them in all cases and I can always rely on Best Buy to have them in stock for purchase. The buds are great quality, of course, they're apple!

Excellent audio experience (I use an iPhone, but in guessing that is the case with any device you may use it with) but they are definitely not durable. Need to take good care of them - and they are not ideal for working out (they will tend to slip out quite easily if you sweat)

Ear buds work good but a little too expensive for my taste. I was a little stuck though, I needed ear buds and wanted a decent pair that would no break on me after 1 use. I think that I am also paying for the name with these.

these are apple so of course the are great. these are the only earbuds that i but but just make sure you stock up when they are on sale because thaw are very expensive and you always need a back up pair just in case.

What happened to the old style. I loved the way those fit in my ears, these are a bit uncomfortable. The sound is pretty good (when listening to a Apple based product). The remote/mic doesn't work with a Nokia phone.

These buds are some of the best on the market .. Even my brother who has had several Samsung phones uses the Apple earbuds: My wife is the only one in the house that cannot use them...

Have bought these headphones twice because of the overall sound quality and affordable price. First time I bought them, the sound started to deteriorate after a couple months. After that, one headphone went out completely. I didn't think much of it, just thought I got a bad pair & went on to buy another. Same thing happened after a couple months. The sound is very good but it will not last, I've heard this happening to other people as well. I need headphones that will actually last, and these are not them. I will not be buying another pair of these headphones.

These headphones are great!!! Not only did bestbuy offer a great deal, the instore pickup option was super convenient. Would highly recommend buying this from bestbuy!

you can never go wrong with apple headphones. always reliable though do be aware, not really good for exercising. eventually your sweat will wear them out

When I first saw the new version of these headphones, I didn't really have a good feeling about them, but after getting a new iPod Nano 7th Generation, I couldn't quite understand the hype of these. The only things that are better is the sound and a the look of them. Everything else is horrible in my opinion. I try using these for workouts since they are "sweat and water resistant" and they slip out easily (certainly a better fit than the older version). But I'd rather get the older version again.
