Maybe if there is a "free" gift as a promo. Maybe have different options other than a default one where it cant even be exchanged for something different.

Review of Zero assistance with Best Buy Total

Just suggestions to go to another part of your service. Very frustrating. Very disappointing. At this time I feel it is a complete waste of money.
