The representatives were polite and friendly. They demonstrated the basics of using my television and the associated applications. They explained clearly that not all channels offer Ultra High Def options, but told me some of the ones that did. They also showed me how to use the internet browser on my smart TV. They were far better than the first young man who installed the TV, Charles. His Partner, Nathan, would have done better alone. I would rather have had him. He tried to be polite and helpful, but Charles would not allow him. Charles was abusive to Nathan, mocked me in my own home, was condescending and rude, offered an insincere and insulting "apology" when told that he was deeply upsetting me. In the end, his behavior caused me to have a stroke from anxiety and upset.

I guess I got this for free with something. Sounds cool. Just be careful when you take free offers like this as they will try to sign you up to be billed. I always take the offer and cancel right away.

Apple Music has an immense variety of content and genres. My favorite genres are Ambient and Space music and they provide all my favorite artists as well as artists I'd never heard before. Of course, I sometimes get in the mood for other genres such as oldies, coffee house, dance, pop, classical, just to name a few and Apple Music does not disappoint. Previously, my wife subscribed to Pandora and once she spent some time with Apple Music, she dumped Pandora. I must admit, however, that I'm also a huge fan of Internet radio stations that focus on the music I'm in the mood for as well as news.

I love apple music as apple user but i just feel like it lags when new released music come out. I feel like it's easier to find the new releases the minute they drop with other music apps.

I have my reservations around Apple Music, as I typically do with all Apple products before I dive all in. But, the quality of sound here trumps all that. They may not have as good a interface as Spotify, or make music management as seamless, but what it lacks in those areas it more than makes up for with its music quality and music discovery. I’m really loving Apple Music One, and you can really hear the difference in the sound when switching between Spotify and Apple Music. I will honestly likely keep both, because they both have their advantages. But, ultimately, I may make the switch officially… to Apple Music. If you don’t have Apple products, you can probably disregard :P

Not sure why I got this but my review would be I wouldn't sign up for Apple Music. I liked my iTunes library so not gonna start this. I use DI.FM anyway now

I really didn’t use the free subscription honestly because i use YouTube music which is super easy to use…i did try once to use it on my sons phone and didn’t really like it..

Apple Music is superb choice listening to music. The controls are intuitive and responsive. The music selection is top notch. The latest music from every genre is easy to find. It’s automated curated playlists based on music you have played is a great feature. 2 hidden gems in Apple Music is the Shazam incorporation and music videos. You can use Shazam from your Apple device to identify a song that is playing from anywhere, and once it is identified you have the option to automatically add the song to your library. You can also watch high quality videos in through your Apple Music app. It’s not a feature that is highly lauded, but it is quite excellent.

Apple music is an awesome music service. I personally prefer YouTube Music since I'm accustomed to the Google ecosystem. If you prefer the apple ecosystem then I highly recommend apple music.

I use YouTube music (since I already have a YouTube Premium subscription) for my music streaming needs. I tried Apple Music out on my 2nd phone (iPhone) and iPad since I got this free 6 month subscription with one of my purchase. It's fine. My main driver is my Pixel phone so, YouTube Music is just kinda there. If my main driver was the iPhone, then I would 100% use Apple Music. I think Apple Music is more user friendly (user interface), but ultimately it's just the convenience of what ecosystem I'm on.

I usually use Spotify but I’m always down to give another platform a shot. Just as you’d expect. I would still like a “wrapped”

uhhhh... it's music? I'm not sure how many streaming services we're going to need, but this is just so-so. (I miss CD's)

I've used this during the free trial period. It is okay but doesn't have as large of a library as I would like so it wasn't of much use.

I am incredibly happy with Apple Music. I have been using XM, and my children have been giving me a hard time because they know that I have limited tolerance for censored music and they all listen to Spotify, Also, our cars have XM and local radio is not fantastic. I am now hooked on Apple Music and have no plan to turn off the subscription. I get to listen to all of my artists without the BS censorship, while creating playlists, channels, and downloading my favorite music. Haven't downloaded music in over ten years, so it will be nice. I also like the ease of use. It is seriously simple.

Don’t listen as much as I once did! Getting older and I don’t find much in the way of music to be relevant any longer!

Good choice for music, easy to use and simple to figure out. They did not honor the full six months of free music.

I want to love Apple music, but it makes it hard. Lots of great music but still hard to navigate and use. Needs some serious UX improvements!

Only got 3 months not 6….the interface is great, better than all the competition. Easy to use, like it loads. My main problem is integration. If you have a personally owned / synced library you can’t make playlists with the Apple Music stuff (separate or integrated) without turning on sync which attempts to match your library with Apple’s and upload what doesn’t match. But big libraries and specific masters/versions don’t play nice and can really mess a carefully curated collection up. This is hard because you can’t load the app twice, once for syncing and another for renting, so it falls short of my needs.

I've been using Amazon music for ages, but when I made the switch to an iPhone I decided to try out Apple Music. Using it for a couple of months, I made the switch permanent. If you are in the Apple ecosystem with other devices, such as iPad, Apple TV,Mac, etc, this service is great. Stand alone it's great too and very similar to Amazon. My kids say they find more music on Apple than Amazon. I'm not sure if that's true, but the family subscription is working well for us. I love spatial audio on the AirPods while using Apple Music.

I’ll bring it down a star as sometimes some of my music will tell me it’s no longer available in my country. Beside that it’s just like all the other music services, works great with all my Apple devices, phone watch, pad, tv, home pods, MacBook. I’ve had it for a few years now and I’m satisfied as I always prefer native software rather then 3rd party since the experience is most of the time less convoluted. Check it out for yourself. Oh and the 4.99 for a student account is great as long as you remember your colleges login, verification is easy…. I’ve been a a student for so many years now.
