I got this with the Apple Airpods Pro but am disappointed with the service. The spatial audio tracks are buggy--an issue that Apple has acknowledged--but unfortunately it has not been fixed. I much prefer other streaming services to this one.

I have not used because I don't want to get involved in something that is only going to ask me to start paying in six months. If I wanted this I would just do it to begin with. I guess that feel it is a good way to hook people into the program.

You’re not getting 6 months free so don’t get excited. When I entered in code to redeem my SIX months of free service I was surprised to see that my 6 months had turned into only THREE months of free service. Best Buy I’m missing 3 months here...

I had previously received a month of free apple music through Verizon, which made me indelible to use this 6 month promotion. Bummer. I also couldn't find anyone to gift it too because everyone either already uses apple music or Verizon.

Apple music is great. Been a subscriber for sometime. Hence why only 2 stars. I was not able to use this promotion because it's only for new subscribers. I've had multiple of these promotions but can't use any of them.

not really a big fan of Apple music, changed over to Spotify and haven't looked back since! User Interface isn't all that great and kind of hard to navigate around.

The instructions to redeem aren’t very specific. I only got a code on the receipt but it was very complicated when going to try to make an account or if I can use the one I already use prior to purchasing the item it came with.

I like that you get the 6months but you have to be a new subscriber that sucks because their are alot of products that I have purchased that jave this deal but I cant use them because I already have the service.

It says 6 months free for new or returning customers. I’m a returning customer and it says that it is only for new customers. Although best buy states that it is also for returning customers.

since I already use Apple Music, I wasn’t able to redeem this deal but I feel like for someone who doesn’t already have Apple Music. This could be very helpful and beneficial.

I received this product for free after purchasing a MacBook. And of course since I’ve been with apple for years and years I’ve used their free trials and such. However, I don’t currently subscribe nor have I I’m some time to their many services. Yet, after giving them $1000 for a computer, they still can’t give me these services for free like they would a new customer? It’s that existing customer loyalty that most companies struggle with. Definitely a shame, considering I DONT use this service, this trial could’ve turned me and gotten a real subscriber out of me. Now of course, it will not.

Its nice app even worth a samsung product using it although forget trying to set up free they had no clue what i even was taking bout was such a hassle basically said just do free offer cancel and do again ugh

I like the apple music, and the fact words get added to my songs in iTunes, but I get the free 6 month subscription and yet I still get charged every month. Too complicated to deal with.

Nothing special! I thought I might use this with older ipad and iphone but it doesn't seem to work! Itunes wants me to verify with a landline I gave up 20 years ago! More hassle than it's worth!

Free Apple Music is deceiving, it's not until you make the purchase does it say 6 months for new subscriber only. What should it matter if I've subscribed to Apple music before, Free for 6 months is misleading.

I have this installed on my iPhone and Android, so why is it that on Android you cannot download music? Such a simple and basic option, yet, you cannot do it on iPhone. Like the lyrics option tho.

Just giving it a 3 since it won’t let me use it. Good product, but since I already have this, it won’t let me redeem. I wish I could use this to extend my subscription rather than it go to waste.

always love this freebie but no use for an existing apple subscriber. They should be giving a free 6 month for existing and new as well. Not fair to expect there will be new subscribers every time

I Despise Apple Music and this is why...after purchasing yet again (after albums,,cassettes , CD’s and then from Apple) Apple came out with this...and they were so nice and even offered to let me give them back the 2,000 dollars worth of Music to Free Up My Memory, and pay them 9.99/month for unlimited music...as long as I wasn’t on the airlines....And every time I want to listen to my Purchased Music, I have to Fight with the App...Oh, and I have Amazon Music as part of my Prime Package...I love Apples Products but I REFUSE to take them up on their most Generous Offer...that was 5 years ago
