ONE HOUR plus later …. Still on hold. Apple should only sell though reliable distributors.

Unacceptable password recovery time for non-iPhone

I forgot my apple password and I had to wait like 2 to 3 weeks for Apple to send me a recovery email because I didn't have an iPhone. This is why I will never use Apple products.
