Was unable to use due to not being a new subscriber!

Tried Apple Music a few years back. Didn't like it then and not much has changed now. Spotify is so much more user-friendly and enjoyable. Also - they advertise it as 6 months free, but mine expires in 5 months. Go figure?!

This is only good for new customers which I believe is wrong. I have been an apple customer for years and have bought new iPads and iPhones and do not quality for any free music. It would be nice if apple did something like this for its existing customers.

Even though Bestbuy mentioned that I would receive a free Apple Music subscription for 6 months (when buying a MacBook air), the promotion is only valid for US customers. So, International customers are out of the promotion, very disappointing!

I really don't like that apple gives this and then say hey if u not a new subscriber u cant have this gift as if I'm not part of apples system. like I don't spend money for they as well as new people do. so i don't care for this. but that's just me

I bought a MacBook Pro 14 and they gave me 3 months free. after returning and getting the 16 inch, they gave me six but I could not add the extra three months because apple does not give promotions to existing customer.

Bad. The good part is that came “free” with my purchase but they give you 3 months instead of 6. And whenever I talked with Costumer Service they told me they would take care of it and they just resent me the same code again. Making me look like a fool.

It won’t work. I’ve never used Apple Music however I have an iPhone. My Apple ID Is automatically linked so I think it must read as I’m subscribed to music with them since This is only for people who have no previous subscription.

There are so many better options for music streaming services that it is difficult to justify keeping Apple Music after the 6 months. You also have to schedule a reminder to cancel it otherwise you'll get automatically billed for it.

Sucks that it’s not valid for existing subscribers

I’m not sure what I should say on this review because I wasn’t able to use this item. There was no explanation on how to and it seemed to disappear once I found someone to explain how to use it. I ok not recommend to someone who knows how to download.

I hate that they include this with almost any Apple purchase but in the fine print say it’s only for new subscribers. Least Apple could do after spending thousands on their products is give 6 months free to everyone not just new subs.

Why offer if you HAVE to be a new customer?? Should’ve advertised that correctly before purchasing. I bought from Best Buy for that reason oppose to Sam’s club where I could’ve applied towards got cash back.

Horrible. The quality of the sound is horrible. They claim they have lossless quality… Lies. Spotify feels way more high definition than this Apple garbage. The only cool function are the lyrics showing while the music is playing.

I keep getting errors when i try ro redeem my 6 months of Apple Music after purchasing my Air Pod Max which was an open box item. Everytime i try to redeem it i keep getting an error message. SMH

Absolutely hate that I pay for this monthly But spend 300 on a high end product with this S a Gift and cannot Even capitalize on it and save a bit of Money. Why bother giving It out apple should change their policy.
