I buy a lot a products that offers these free subscriptions and I can never use them since I already have an iTunes account. Create something for existing customers of iTunes.

Thank god its free! I am not a fan of the algorithm that apple is using. I find myself leaving the platform for months at a time because the music is just not what i want to hear.

I tried to use it but no luck. I had Apple Music before but I switched to tidal. I went to see if it would allow me it activate it since the subscription came with the beats headphones I purchased.

Why can’t current subscribers take advance of the deal. I bought a product that came with this bonus and can’t even use it. It’s like current customers don’t matter. Disappointed in Apple.

Must be a new customer. It would be nice if Apple as well as every other company would extend these boons to their loyal customers. As to Apple Music, I love it.

Useless. The code was only valid for the same day I purchased even though the product didn’t arrive to Best Buy for me to pick up until a month later.

I got this for 6 months for free when I purchased my MacBook a few days ago. Still haven’t been able to redeem this and everyone I’ve called hasn’t been able to help me.

Have Apple Music family plan and love it . Have unlimited data on phone and use car play all the time instead of Sirius xm. Would give 5 stars but it’s only for new users and useless to me.

Have tried over 10 times to redeem this and still unable to redeem it. Can’t get any customer service help with Chat or phones services. So very frustrating.

I don’t like that even though this is free it auto renews, honestly I didn’t even redeem once I saw because I’ll forget to cancel and be charged so no thanks

Have to apparently cancel current subscription to take advantage of this complimentary 6 month period therefore I didn’t utilize this which I didn’t know when I purchased this iPhone case.

I do not like anything to do with Apple!!! They try to tell me just what I can download to my phones/tablets....none of their business, if I purchase it.

I’m already a Apple Music subscriber so this add on is useless to me. I’d rather have an option for something else. If you don’t have Apple Music it’s a good intro to it

I was Psyched when I got the free trail offer. Until I found out if you don’t renew the subscription, you don’t have access to the music you have downloaded.

Best buy offers " free apple music " all the time but it doesn't mean SQUAT if you have to be a NEWSUBSCRIBER ONLY. not everyone can afford a subscription. so not really a gift.

I HAVE TRIED TO USE THIS AND IT DID NOT GIVE ME THE FREE MUSIC DEAL. BEST BUY SAID TO CALL APPLE AND I WAS TOLD BY APPLE THE OFFER DOES NOT EXIST.

Don’t use Apple Music. It hijacks your music app and when you cancel the trial, it wipes out all your non-Apple music. Avoid completely.

I believe this is only free for a new client. If I’m wrong then it’s a good deal . Otherwise it does nothing for a consumer like myself that already overpays for this service.

Never could get this to setup on this one or on the 11 we bought in Jan. No matter what was tried it wouldn’t work. Never had this before so should have worked.

Camt use (what a shame) o already subscribe so i cant use it when one buys a new product at their ridiculous prices they should allow one to use during trail period or get credit for it
