False advertisement Never able to claim this, or offers less time than promotion. Seems to me as a hook to entice you to buy a product.

Didn’t work for me. Any time I try I get try again message.. I even fixed the internet on the app. It never works.

Honestly apple you could offer a discount to the product instead of adding free services that won't use. Spotify is there already.

I didn’t get the free 6 months promised!! However I’m a paying subscriber already but the 6 months would have been nice!

I wasn’t able to redeem the free 6 month trial as everytime I clicked on the link it took me to Apple Music but did nothing.

Hate that I can’t use this because I was a subscriber already. Should give you the option for atleast one free month after being a subscriber

This would be a great offer and I would be more likely to stick with it over Spotify if I got 6 months for free as a previous Apple Music customer.

This is absolute garbage. Anything apple is a waste of time and more importantly. Money....Even when it's free!

Dumb that there isn't a setting for continuous play after shutting the phone screen off. Shouldn't have to pay for that feature.

I only got three months of Apple Music when I entered the code but, in my inbox it stated six months worth of listening time. Very disappointed.

Why is this always only for new subscribers? It’s not that many new subscribers and repeat customers should get something too.

Only eligible if you have not had Apple Music before. Not a benefit to me as I had a trial in the past and would not allow me to use the six month trial.

For those of us who are already paying it would be nice to get 6 mos free for loyalty…. Thanks again Apple for nothin

Doesn’t t help when you already have and Apple ID which most due so why not offer for your loyal customers as well

Couldn’t use it because I’ve had a account in the past, that’s the downfall it’s pointless to offer or get exited sounds good but only for new users .

I gave this one star only because, required for review to submit to get rewards points. I have not activated it. Nice that it came with purchase though.

Apple offers everyone a free trial on new phones. I am giving this a one star free gift because most people will not be able to use it.

Should not have to purchase when it’s supposedly included with my Verizon Unlimited Plan. Still have not received without purchasing separately

I don't see the point of Apple Music at all anymore. It keeps changing what it does and is super annoying to work with.
