I prefer it to other common options, as the quality always seems a bit better for the same song or album. Yes, there are times when it's not the smoothest, or easiest to search, but overall it works, and it's handy when I don't want to drop a needle or thread a tape.

Really good, lossless audio quality! It’s awesome. Really bad? The UI is horrendous, even as an iPhone user. They’ve tried changing it several times but it’s just not as simplifed as it should be in some areas, and over cluttered it other areas. The UI is ultimately what keeps me switching back to Spotify.
