I didnt have my receipt, they made my process so easy to find and take care of the problem.

Best platform for high-definition music most in Dolby Atmos. Never had a problem to listen to something and if I was looking for anything special never got " no results available"

The quality of the audio is fantastic especially in Sony headphones lossless audio is the best.

Really good, lossless audio quality! It’s awesome. Really bad? The UI is horrendous, even as an iPhone user. They’ve tried changing it several times but it’s just not as simplifed as it should be in some areas, and over cluttered it other areas. The UI is ultimately what keeps me switching back to Spotify.
