I have been purchasing headphones from Best Buy for the past year for several birthdays and the team members have been nothing but phenomenal. Extremely helpful and explain, explaining the differences between newer and older models very eager to help instantly greeted.

Sound quality-wise just as good as Tidal but at 1/10 the price and Joe-Rogan-free unlike Spotify.

Apple Music is the only music service that I have ever used and it is perfect! There is nothing else I would need to make this experience e better. I love being able to share playlists and songs with my family members who share our Apple Music plan. It's a no brainer!

A great freebee product from Apple. I have used Apple Music in the past but am cutting back on various streaming subscriptions and don’t find the value while there are many free/less expensive options.

When I first got them, they were kinda low on the bass, but then all of a sudden in a few days when I turnt the volume on full blast, i could literally feel my face vibrate. The bass was perfect at first, but then one day the bass was just very low and has stayed low. On top of the low bass my left speaker just seems to glitch when I tilt my head a certain way. Probably just because of the way it was used before it got returned, so I’m gonna take it to Apple to get it fixed and hopefully see if the bass can go back to bumpin. The case that it comes with is very nice. The case has a zipper pocket on the side with no b, and has 2 slots on the side where the b is for the cords. It comes with a gray usb-c cord and a gray aux cord.

They pretty much have every single song you could possibly find and you can make your own play list!

These headphones are great. The transparency on them is really good as well as their noise cancellation. The only downside is that they are a bit heavy but other then that they are perfect
