Apple Music has so many good songs and easy to access

Overall im loving the free subscription on Apple Music ty for giving me that as a special free gift

An amazing feature to come to stores . Especially since I make music it makes it easier for me to stay updated on my tracks

The apple music was so amazing, when i purchased the product it was so useful and i am not having a hard ime browsing music in other platform because there is alreadya apple music.

Yessssssssssss I needed This so bad how many times do I have to purchase for a free trial?!?!?!?

I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for years, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I spent over 4 hours on the phone with both Best Buy and Apple, being passed back and forth with absolutely no real help. In August 2023, I bought AirPods from Best Buy that came with a promotion for 3 free months of Apple Music. I also purchased an iPhone and Apple Watch from Best Buy in March 2024, and most recently upgraded my AirPods again in March 2025. Every other time, redeeming the Apple Music offer was simple until now. This past week was a complete nightmare. Best Buy refused to help, telling me I had to deal directly with Apple even though it was a Best Buy sales rep who pitched me the Apple Music promotion during my purchase. I explained I was a loyal Best Buy customer who trusted these promotions, and still, Best Buy did not even attempt to mediate the issue, which is absolutely ridiculous. While I was stuck on hold with Best Buy, an Apple associate over chat started quoting policies at me, brushing me off instead of helping. After being transferred multiple times, I finally spoke to John at Apple, but even John was not able to get me the 3 free months. Now I am being told I have to escalate this to the leader team to maybe get it fixed. This is absolutely ridiculous. At this point, I could have just walked away and chalked it up as a loss, but as a loyal customer who was considering upgrading my iPhone soon, which also comes with an Apple Music offer, I stood up for myself. Now I am seriously second-guessing whether I will continue buying from Best Buy or even continue investing in Apple products at all. Best Buy advertises "Free 3 Months of Apple Music for New or Returning Customers," but when a loyal customer like me tries to redeem it, there is no support, no accountability, and no real help. If Best Buy is going to advertise promotions, they need to actually back them up, not leave customers abandoned and frustrated. This was one of the most disappointing and exhausting customer service experiences I have ever had. Best Buy, you need to do better.

Apple music is my favorite platform to use for listening to music. I like the different stations and playlists created based on my music taste. The app alone is more organized than spotify in my opinion, so it’s much easier to add songs and organize playlists.

Perfect MacBook for using premier pro, Logic Pro and Final Cut Pro! Worked smooth for my video editing and music production.

Apple Music has no adds, which is wonderful. 3 month trial is better than a 1 month trial. Apple music has a large library of music. Would recommend. They also have playlists that you can choose from for song genres.

Best option if you’re a music lover ! There a books on here as well.
