We bought an Apple Watch at Best Buy as a gift. As expected with any gift, it wasn’t opened right away. When it was finally opened, we realized the charging cable was defective. We went back to the store simply asking for a replacement cable — a basic request for a product that came damaged out of the box. To our surprise, we were told that we had to either pay $50 for a membership or purchase a new cable in order to get it replaced. This is completely unfair and unacceptable. Instead of standing behind the quality of the product they sold, Best Buy chose to charge us extra to fix their own mistake. Very disappointing experience. We expected more from a company like Best Buy. We will not be shopping here again.

The apple music app isn't the best music streaming app that ive used, nor is it in the top 5. The recommendation algorithm is not very good, but using wired headphones, you can definitely hear the difference in sound quality compared to other streaming services.

I really like Apple Music especially the Dolby atmos it sound rich and clear.

I haven’t been able to use this app in software program because I put in my Apple ID and it doesn’t work on my laptop computer. I don’t know why.

This is only good for 2 months. So calling it 3 months is deceptive and a lie.

Apple Music is good for listening. I am still having a bit of difficulty learning how to use it, but that is only because I am not familiar with the app. Luckily I got this for free when I purchased my iPods.

It's hard for me to give this a better score when I remember it being free and always keeping your music in the cloud. it's okay, but over priced.

Why even offer this if you cant honor it, and also offer no help, just get bounced back and forth from apple to bestbuy and vice versa.

Best Buy says this deal is for new or returning subscribers, which I qualify for, but it states I’m not eligible when I try to redeem it. This feels like a miss for both Best Buy and Apple. Best Buy is offering codes that don’t seem to match their own terms, and Apple is losing the chance to gain a returning, potential long-term subscriber because of unclear redemption rules. It’s disappointing and makes for a frustrating experience overall. This isn't what good looks like.
