While I understand that the power adapter may not be included, I am concerned that the charging cable was also absent from the package. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide a solution, as the charging cable is essential for using the product."

Apple Music is okay. A lot of the songs I listen to are not available.

It’s say free Apple Music up to 3 months(new or returning subscribers) see photo attachment.. when you activate or claim the code it’s say not eligible.. it’s a fake!!!!!

It says clearly that this promo will be available to new and old subscribers however it didn’t work even though I have 2 of this offers to redeem. Very disappointed and frustrated. This type of offers mislead the public and the customer. Notices on the picture it says new or returning

This is a good service but I prefer Spotify if I’m being honest.

I got a iPad and it came with free Apple Music 3 months and I can’t use it because in the pass I got AirPods and that also came with free Apple Music and that one work

Can't complain about free but it does say 3 and I only got 2.

I had an Apple Music promotion a long time ago, so apparently I am not eligible to get it again. The promotion says "new and returning customers" yet I got denied. That makes this an entirely worthless promotion and product. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I was an apple Music customer a while back. The promotion states that this perk is only for new and returni g customers only, well I guess that’s a lie.

I would say apple music is pretty mid, I prefer to use spotify personally.

It is nice but there are limits. New or returning.

This free trial didn’t work. Apple said I could not use any more free trial codes, so it did not work as a free trial at all, even though I bought an expensive Apple Pencil to replace the one that quit working when it fell off my expensive iPad Pro, as I was moving it off my expensive iMac to my expensive iPhone and expensive AppleTV. They did offer to let me pay them the price of one month of service for three months of service. That’s big of them.

Tried using the code and said I wasn’t eligible although it clearly states returning subscribers can use it.

Code does not work. I keep getting the message that the code has expired, This is very deceiving. I both two apple products and neither code works

Apple Music is good but the pricing is steep! If you have an Apple phone it should come with it!

I was not able to redeem this because it told me I had already redeemed a "similar offer" when I haven't.

Translate into English: The subscription should be for 3 months. I decided to use the code, but Apple Music reported that it's only for 2 months. I agreed, and then a message popped up that the code was expired. However, Best Buy indicated that the code is valid until October 31, 2024.

This says it's for new or returning subscribers, but it doesn't work for my account. I continue to get the "you're not eligible" message.

Bad customer service took almoat 2 hours to get help and then another 20 minutes to checkput with the iphone but other then that the iphone is great

It is a lie it never gives you the months free, just propaganda fro you to buy it but they do not work such a scam
