I uses apple music regularly and I absolutely love it. I didn't actually get a 3 month free trial nor has anyone else in my house, though my younger brother was supposed to and when he called customer service the gentleman that was helping him was kinda rude and acted like he was lying because there was an issue with the account and we were being charged for it when it was supposed to be a free trial. That being said none of that was on the best buy team because they weren't apart of the situation. However, I still love using apply music because I can listen to whatever I want whenever I want. It is easy to scroll through and pick song. You can even set a queue for what you want to play and what order without creating a playlist or you can make a play list and order it how you want as well! I love my apply music account!
