The right ear bud was barely working and the airpods were still connected to the previous owner’s iCloud account.

I bought two pairs of these. One was perfect. The other was also perfect except previous user was still logged into apple account so I had to reset them. Otherwise they are good

Good quality and we’re clean and came with the same packaging! 60 days later there starting to cut off on it own fully charged and static

Love these as opposed to other wireless earbuds I’ve tried. I tried for so long to avoid paying the apple price but after spending so much money trying to find wireless earbuds that work as well as the old apple wired, I finally caved and boy I wish I had caved sooner.

I paid 120 dollars for the AirPods, but I regret buying them because the sound quality is terrible and if I move my head they stop.

The headphones themselves are great, but I would strongly suggest buying them elsewhere. Mine hadn't even been reset and still showed someone else's apple id on first connect. This means that BestBuy aren't even checking these for a 'Find My' lock from the previous owner, despite advertising them as "Certified Refurbished". If they're not doing such a basic check, they're probably not checking for any other defects either.

Right side never worked. Left on has to be positioned just right to hear anything

It has issues when trying to connect to phone while in process of ringing. But for the price, I'll deal with it.

This review is a negative on Apple and for Best Buy Geek Squad Certified. They work great and will connect to an apple device. The problem we had is that they were already on someone's icloud account and there's no way to send a request to unlock them. That's on Apple. But Best Buy should be checking on this since it's a known issue. Other companies that deal in refurbs are running into this as well. Going to try again to see if we get a clean pair this time

These earbuds are good earbuds. Fit nicely in the ear and play well, but the base and music could sound better for the price.

The AirPods worked for the first 3 months. Wasn't able to return them.

I was skeptical on buying a refurbished airpod but the pair I recieved worked perfectly and connected on tge first try.

i had order the first ones & dey didn’t come to da right address .. n den i got more n dey finally came but da right airpod doesn’t work.

I did not like them as much since they are bigger than the old ones and it bothers inside my ear

They suck. Won’t stay in ear because they are so fat. They are so fat they are hard to remove from case without seeing them pop out between your fingers. The control sucks squeezing the post will surely loosen any grip they have in your ear they should have just kept the tap control. Forget aftermarket slip on grips they disrupt the sound quality and won’t fit inside the case. And when taking phone calls the grip will loosen and the call quality becomes disrupted and pressing back in won’t correct the problems. A waste of cash. If I hadn’t ordered a Swarovski studded protective case I would’ve returned these. How’d these even pass focus group testing??? Also bought refurbished and they were pretty scratched up. Shout out to my best friend for doing me a solid and gifting me some Beats Headphones a couple weeks after this disappointing purchase.

These were a replacement for ones I lost. I was a little nervous about them being refurbished, but they have been great! I like the upgraded buttons on the side to change songs or mute my mic. They have been great so far.

Only had them for two weeks before the left one blew itself, and the noise canceling didn’t work well.

Product received was exactly in which it was described. Great price for a refurb certified product.

Doesn't have noise cancellation & design doesn't fit well on ears.
