Box was in good condition with just a few extra stickers on the outside. Cable looked new and they were easy to connect.

Still linked to someone’s Apple ID

I was getting an “AirPods mismatch” error message so I ended up returning these and got a new pair and paid the difference.

The case itself got a lot better when compared to previous gens. The buds themselves are quite the same with little to no change at all. If you can, buy the "Pro" version.

Get audio and mic clarity

Connected to my laptop easily and had a longer range than my previous Bluetooth headphones

In the Find My app it says mismatched airpods so as I purchased a refurbished they probably mixed up two airpods or the previous owner didn't return them properly. Stuck with these as I'm out of the 15 day (!) return period by a few days...
