Product sent wrong and poorly packaged

But I bought airpods 3 and bestbuy sent the AIRPODS PRO 1. The product was sent to Brazil and cannot be replaced. Besides, it was extremely poorly packaged. Very sad.

Do not buy refurbished.

They’re bigger than the previous model and I really can’t determine a difference in sound quality. If you still have the previous model, keep them.
