    0 Stars. Garbage. Bought “certified refurbished” Gen3 AirPods on 10/25 they were delivered in 10/28/23 Yesterday 1/19/24 the Right AirPod stopped working. The only thing I’ve ever used them for was to listen to Podcasts while working. I chatted with customer service who assured me GeekSquad at my local BestBuy could take care of it because they were warrantied until August. I showed up today for my 4:40pm appointment. The GeekSquad employee spent 30 minutes taking info. asking questions, only to tell me that they aren’t covered by any warranty and there’s nothing Best Buy could do for a product that I’ve had for less than 3 months. I wasted more than 1 1/2 hours, including drive time, after being told by Best Buy chat service the store would handle, only to be told “sorry nothing we can do”. Just a ridiculous waste of time, and a terrible customer experience. I assumed buying “certified refurbished” meant something. Apparently not. I’ve spent $1000s at Best Buy over the years. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER $ AT BEST BUY AND HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS SOONER THAN LATER.

    Got them refurbished for amazing price better than anywhere else I’ve seen. If I didn’t know already I would think they were brand new! Great value and great product!

    After yhe dog destroyed my daughter's first pair we replaced them with a refurbished set. Absolutely worth the savings!

    Even though it was a refurbished item, which ai did not know, they came in an Apple box and you would never know they were refurbished.

    I loved the spatial voice design. I feel like since it is refurbished it’s battery is not lasting as normally it would but I don’t really had a problem with it

    Horrible fit for your eyes.. I can’t enjoy the quality because I can’t even get them to stay in my ears. And I hate that you can’t easily get disconnected in mid conversation because of readjusting then constantly
