I ORDERED THE AIRPODS GEN 3 AND THEY DIDNT COME IN THE BOX ALL I GOT WAS A CHARGING CABLE THE PACKING WAS VERY DAMAGED AND SOMEONE RIPPED THE SIDE OF THE BOX AND TAPED IT BACK UP BEST BUY AND ITS ALLIES CAN NOT BE TRUSTED AT ALL ALSO NOT THE FIRST TIME IV HAD PROBLEMS WITH THESE PEOPLE !!!!

Order process was easy BUT the Geek Squad failed. AirPods were still connected to previous owner making them useless. Had to purchase new ones ad wait for them to arrive

These AirPods were purchased December of 2024 and as of August 2025, the sound quality has significantly deteriorating after MONTHS. I’ve attempted to clean them numerous times and follow endless recommendations. I ended up buying new ones that prove to work much better than these. Not buying Best Buy refurbished or open box for technology.

I returned them because they sounded horrible, there was a crackling noise. I ended up just buying the pro ones. my main problem with any of these ear pods is they are not made for people with smaller ears.

I honestly can't give a full review because I only put them to use twice but overall I love the quality when talking on the phone but I don't know how to fully use the product.

They were great at first, uncomfortable in the ears and right pod quickly lost its capabilities

I purchased this used APPLE AIR PODS from the GREEK SQUAD that where certified by them. They arrived with only the right one working and soon after the charger did not work on the device. Geek Squad is a joke. Then gave me a short time on the return. I would not recommend them for anything. Considering they don't back the work of this device.

It fally out of my ear too easy, afraid to wear it out doors

Work great but I’m unable to use “find my” AirPods because of a mismatch issue. I can not set them up to iPhone.

They work, but I feel like they lose quality quickly.

Case doesnt wireless charge. Otherwise it was a good deal

For the longest, I’ve been dealing with the AirPods constantly disconnecting out of nowhere. I can’t track where my AirPods are because they won’t fully connect to my phone.

I returned these and ended up getting a set of Pros. For the price they are nice but I didn’t care for the fit in my ear.

Just buy an new one because at least this refurbished one was very statistically and you can rather connect the left or right one but not at the same time and most times the right side doesn’t change and then it’s just over heated an blow. They are in my garage sadly now.

This was a returned item, and bestbuy didn't remove the other previous owner. Now i can't connect the earpods to the phone

The item came dirty. Ear crusts and all. Had to clean thoroughly. Also, a bit big for my ears.

It's amazing, but case battery is not as good as it should be.

Never had a bad experience with refurbished items until now. I purchased these airpods, certified by BB and Geaksquad. I got the item and it had NO paperwork, NO Box and the Wrong charging cable(USB C- USB-C) no lighting cable, and the icing on the cake the Airpord didn’t work, I had my own cable from my iPhone 13 so i used it. I tried charding the AirPod for over and hour and a half, nothing. I will never purchase another refurbished item from Best buy unless the item is actually in the store I’m at. Buyers please be ware.

Sound is ok, but they don’t stay in the ear. Feels too loose and they fall off!

Can’t even use this AirPod to make phone call whenever i try to listen to a phone call the other person can not hear me speak so I’ll highly recommend you save up sum money and get a non refurbished AirPods
