This was a returned item, and bestbuy didn't remove the other previous owner. Now i can't connect the earpods to the phone

Air pod good condition but no box and packing was open and no good condition all boxes open

I returned these and ended up getting a set of Pros. For the price they are nice but I didn’t care for the fit in my ear.

Does not fit ears well for small people - I have small ears

Just buy an new one because at least this refurbished one was very statistically and you can rather connect the left or right one but not at the same time and most times the right side doesn’t change and then it’s just over heated an blow. They are in my garage sadly now.

Not bad for the price. Just had issues with them falling out of my ears Bought the 2 pro with the rubber tips.

It's amazing, but case battery is not as good as it should be.

The item came dirty. Ear crusts and all. Had to clean thoroughly. Also, a bit big for my ears.

Never had a bad experience with refurbished items until now. I purchased these airpods, certified by BB and Geaksquad. I got the item and it had NO paperwork, NO Box and the Wrong charging cable(USB C- USB-C) no lighting cable, and the icing on the cake the Airpord didn’t work, I had my own cable from my iPhone 13 so i used it. I tried charding the AirPod for over and hour and a half, nothing. I will never purchase another refurbished item from Best buy unless the item is actually in the store I’m at. Buyers please be ware.

I purchase a set of Airpods 3rd generation that were Geek Squad refurbished on Feb 21, 2024. I love them but now It is November 4 and the left one has stopped working. I am a Totaltech member and called them and they told me the membership coverage doesn't include refurbished products. So their Geek Squad refurbishes them and the 189 dollar per year membership doesn't cover it. So basically, they don't back up their refurbished product which makes one wonder why. I am a big Best Buy fan, but this is extremely disappointing.

My order has been placed 1/19/25 everyday since 1/21 order status says “delivery today”. It’s 2/9/25 still haven’t received.

It came taped and not handled that well, so that was a little disappointing.

I do not recommend buying these refurbished. I read a lot of bad reviews but ignored them…wish I hadn’t. The left side never worked and sometimes it connected and then it didn’t. I returned them in store for a brand new pair that works perfectly.

I bought these AirPods for my 12-year old son and they were refurbished so I didn’t expect them to be perfect—maybe scratched or imperfect sound. When we received them, they were covered in earwax!!! To me, part of being “refurbished” is cleaning and disinfecting items especially something like AirPods. These were completely disgusting so I ended up buying them elsewhere for my kid. Just gross!! I’ve had so many problems with Best Buy lately, I’m done with the company after this order.

Left airpod is really low. You can barely hear anything.

I purchased these used AirPods offline but requested to pick them up in person. When I got to the store to pick up my item my intuition told me to check the AirPods and upon checking them, they still had earwax in the ear part.

Horrible. Left earbud doesn’t work. The wireless charging doesn’t work. I will not purchase another refurbed product from Best Buy ever again. It was given as a gift and when my son finally opened and attempted to use them he reported the issues above. When i went to return them it turns out you only have two weeks. So much for a birthday surprise or giving him the thrill of opening the product himself. Never again, I cannot tell you how disappointed we all are with this product.
