The product was good quality but just not the right fit for my needs

Left airpod is really low. You can barely hear anything.

I purchase a set of Airpods 3rd generation that were Geek Squad refurbished on Feb 21, 2024. I love them but now It is November 4 and the left one has stopped working. I am a Totaltech member and called them and they told me the membership coverage doesn't include refurbished products. So their Geek Squad refurbishes them and the 189 dollar per year membership doesn't cover it. So basically, they don't back up their refurbished product which makes one wonder why. I am a big Best Buy fan, but this is extremely disappointing.

I bought these AirPods for my 12-year old son and they were refurbished so I didn’t expect them to be perfect—maybe scratched or imperfect sound. When we received them, they were covered in earwax!!! To me, part of being “refurbished” is cleaning and disinfecting items especially something like AirPods. These were completely disgusting so I ended up buying them elsewhere for my kid. Just gross!! I’ve had so many problems with Best Buy lately, I’m done with the company after this order.

started having call quality issues. Unable to hear callers.

Horrible. Left earbud doesn’t work. The wireless charging doesn’t work. I will not purchase another refurbed product from Best Buy ever again. It was given as a gift and when my son finally opened and attempted to use them he reported the issues above. When i went to return them it turns out you only have two weeks. So much for a birthday surprise or giving him the thrill of opening the product himself. Never again, I cannot tell you how disappointed we all are with this product.

Sometimes they disconnect for no reason. I have to turn off and on my bluetooth.

Sometimes makes a malfunction and kinda fails and doesn’t listen well

I want my money back or a new pair because I got the AirPods and they worked but stopped charging and turn off randomly.

I purchased these used AirPods offline but requested to pick them up in person. When I got to the store to pick up my item my intuition told me to check the AirPods and upon checking them, they still had earwax in the ear part.

My order has been placed 1/19/25 everyday since 1/21 order status says “delivery today”. It’s 2/9/25 still haven’t received.

Sound is ok, not my expectation, is good for calls and talking.

These came already linked to another Apple User's Account and said that user would be able to track me. Sound was great but returned as a result and purchased elsewhere new.

Great just not worth if to buy used better to buy brand new

This are not what i expected it they dont fit in my hears good and they are uncomfortable but otherwise that work great and perfect sound

I bought these refurbished Airpods to save a little dough. When the Airpods arrived, I opened the box only to see that someone else's ear was was still lodged inside of the earbuds. Gross. Like really really gross. Some shady person clearly bought these, used them for 2 weeks and returned them within the return window. Whoever it was, clean your ears man. Recommendation is to never buy anything refurbished you used to put in any body part.

I got an empty box with nothing inside it. I’m very order from yalll. Never send me my refund or anything

Can’t even use this AirPod to make phone call whenever i try to listen to a phone call the other person can not hear me speak so I’ll highly recommend you save up sum money and get a non refurbished AirPods

The sound quality is good but they dont fit my ears they constantly fall out
