Bad exchange policy

Bought these for my teenage son for Christmas and they stopped working in less than 30 days. I was only 1 week past the return date ( which is only 30 days and stupid for electronics) and they wouldn’t even exchange them. Just wanted more money to fix them. I will not buy anymore electronics from here

Broken but fixed

Not Refurbished Airpods

When I paired these to my phone, it had another Apple ID attached to it so the previous owner could track them. Something that should have been caught if they were tested. The solution was to take to the Apple Store or return them as Geek Squad couldn’t help. Overall would not recommend

Too many scratches on case

My two year old case had leas scratches than this “refurbed”. It had too many scratches on the case. Clearly it was a trade-in airpod put to sold as refurbrished. Very disappointed. Not buying bestbuy refurbed item again.

Arrived Defective.

No microphone audio. Just spent 45 minutes on chat with Apple Support and they need to be replaced and I have to wait another week or so to get that done by mail. They are not tested at all don't trust refurbs even from Best Buy anymore.. Not worth it!

Refurbished - Bad Idea

These were going to be for my daughter's birthday; however, when she went to use them they sounded as if the speakers in the buds had blown. We ended up returning them and purchasing brand new ones, which are great!
