I got an empty box with nothing inside it. I’m very order from yalll. Never send me my refund or anything

These came already linked to another Apple User's Account and said that user would be able to track me. Sound was great but returned as a result and purchased elsewhere new.

This are not what i expected it they dont fit in my hears good and they are uncomfortable but otherwise that work great and perfect sound

Great just not worth if to buy used better to buy brand new

When talking on the phone with my Airpods in, I could not hear the other person speaking, but they could hear me.

I bought these refurbished Airpods to save a little dough. When the Airpods arrived, I opened the box only to see that someone else's ear was was still lodged inside of the earbuds. Gross. Like really really gross. Some shady person clearly bought these, used them for 2 weeks and returned them within the return window. Whoever it was, clean your ears man. Recommendation is to never buy anything refurbished you used to put in any body part.

The charging box doesn't last long. I don't recommend this item.

The sound quality is not good. Its very hard to hear anything with any noise outside

Really worst experience with refurbished product. Should Have returned on the first day. soemtime works sometimes doesnt connect.

The product didn’t connect that’s is the reason I gave it 1star.

have couple disconnection from mi iPhone and sound coming from iPhone not from AirPods then I have to connect them manually

This is so sketchy. My pair arrived still paired to someone else's Apple ID and could be tracked where I live. This is a huge red flag and really worrisome experience. I see others here had the same issue and a warning for those who purchase.

They work perfect but are linked to someone elses icloud account and says that they can track me.

I’m going to give this no stars. Bought these for my teenage son for Christmas and they stopped working in less than 30 days. I was only 1 week past the return date ( which is only 30 days and stupid for electronics) and they wouldn’t even exchange them. Just wanted more money to fix them. I will not buy anymore electronics from here

The left side will not charge. Will be returning. Should not have bought refurbished item.

Received two damaged airpods, ended up taking them to the apple store since they were under warranty and got a new pair.

These were not refurbished, just relabeled and shipped out. When I paired these to my phone, it had another Apple ID attached to it so the previous owner could track them. Something that should have been caught if they were tested. The solution was to take to the Apple Store or return them as Geek Squad couldn’t help. Overall would not recommend

Hate these things! They don't fit well like the older version and keep falling out of my ears.

This item was no good, never connect with my phone and even when I tried it on another phone its same

Clearly not a refurbrished condition instead it was a used a case used alot. My two year old case had leas scratches than this “refurbed”. It had too many scratches on the case. Clearly it was a trade-in airpod put to sold as refurbrished. Very disappointed. Not buying bestbuy refurbed item again.
