Fit in the ear bad

I don't recommend buying it.

Refurbished - Bad Idea

These were going to be for my daughter's birthday; however, when she went to use them they sounded as if the speakers in the buds had blown. We ended up returning them and purchasing brand new ones, which are great!

Arrived Defective.

No microphone audio. Just spent 45 minutes on chat with Apple Support and they need to be replaced and I have to wait another week or so to get that done by mail. They are not tested at all don't trust refurbs even from Best Buy anymore.. Not worth it!

Beware of refurbished

The right earbud is completely dead and on the left only the outer speaker works so you have to turn it up super loud. Will not buy refurbished again.

They’re good. Just buy them new so you can use that warranty!

Horrible Customer service

Spent over an hour with Best Buy customer service in the Phillipenes, who were absolutely no help. This was the second time I have encountered this type of issue with something I have bought from Best Buy.
