Refurbished Air Pods

They’re good. Just buy them new so you can use that warranty!

Taking it back to Best Buy. I guess you get what you pay for. If you can wait and get them new, do that. Don’t do refurbished.

Horrible Customer service

Spent over an hour with Best Buy customer service in the Phillipenes, who were absolutely no help. This was the second time I have encountered this type of issue with something I have bought from Best Buy.

It stopped working after a month

Exchanged right away. So disgusting!!! Thank you Geek Squad for making it right.
