I do not recommend Certified Refurbished

Horrible Customer service

Spent over an hour with Best Buy customer service in the Phillipenes, who were absolutely no help. This was the second time I have encountered this type of issue with something I have bought from Best Buy.

Exchanged right away. So disgusting!!! Thank you Geek Squad for making it right.

The design is finicky and they kept falling out of my ears. Save your money and order cheaper 2nd generation ones. I will be returning.

Right airpod went out.
