Never was a fan of silicone plugs pushed up against my ear canals, they feel more comfortable

I love my Apple Airpod3. I bought them refurbished. The only problem I have is you can not find it if you lose it. Your phone can only connect to them not find them if you mis place them.

It's a scam, I just received my airpods and they came completely dirty, with scratches and poorly packaged. I understand that it is a Refurbished product and that it is not completely new, but I consider that they should comply with some quality process in general, not just the audio. I would have preferred to spend my money on a new product if I had known the condition they were in.

Dirty “Refurbished” AirPods

I recently purchased this refurbished AirPods, but when I opened the box, I was disappointed to find that the product was not even cleaned. The cover was dirty, and the earphones had remnants from the previous owner. While we could clean them ourselves, we felt that we paid for a product that, despite being refurbished, should be in like-new condition. Consequently, we returned the item and bought a new one instead. Best Buy needs to implement better quality control measures for their refurbished products.

They came pretty dirty. I’m pretty sure the other persons earwax was still on them. I know they’re refurbished, but I thought they’d atleast be sanitized and wiped down.
