Oh well, I don’t even know where to start, I was really excited to get these, it’s the second time I bought refurbished AirPods, the first ones were in excellent condition But these, oh man, these are in really bad condition, they have scratches inside and outside of the case. The AirPods one looks dirty and bad. These were going to be a Christmas present. So disappointed!!! I need an exchange

the right airpod went out in less than a year… it has lost its sound

Cosmetically the device was good. But the right airpod releases charge much faster than the left one.

The product is good but Best Buy is not. The product was working perfect for the first 2 weeks and straight after that I can only hear only from the left AirPod.

You can barely hear the music even I turned the volume to maximum. I tried to fix it following steps in youtube but still no improvement! It frittered away my time and effort!

I have tried all of the different types of AirPods, the Pros didn’t fit and the originals were okay but made my ears hurt. I have had no problems with these so far. They fit perfect and the sleek and small design makes it so I am able to wear them at work without anyone noticing. The sound quality is exceptional, delivering perfect audio and bass. I am able to use them to play online games and they sound as good as an expensive setup. The battery life is just as good as new, lasting me more than all day without charging them. First time getting a certified geek squad refurbished item and I was impressed! I received the original box as well as the USB-C charger that comes along with it. It didn’t come with the documents (I didn’t find it a big deal or not sure if it was supposed to come with it.) It practically look liked brand new, which I loved. I have been using it for leisure and gym activities and it was worked just fine. It was really easy to connect, set up procedures were straight forward. The sound quality is great, it is sweat resistant, and it has not failed me. Obviously, my experience can differ from yours, but I recommend giving it a shot, save some money.

I wanted to love these all the way through but over time the fit has become uncomfortable for me. I didn’t have issues with the AirPods falling out, but once in my ear for a while it felt as though they were scraping part of the inside of my ear a little bit when adjusting them making them uncomfortable for me. If you like the fit of them, the sound quality is amazing. The Spatial Audio really allows me to enjoy multiple genres of music well and enjoy watching tv shows/movies and get a really powerful experience, theatre like in my ears. Don’t expect them to block out sound, they’re not designed for that. The call quality is excellent. Walking down a busy street with many cars going by or in a busy shopping center won’t impact your voice quality as the person on the other end of the phone won’t notice those noises. The battery life and ease of use are great! It switches between my Apple Watch, iPad, or my iPhone seamlessly. If they fit your ears well and are comfortable for you, I’d say go for it. I’ll be trading mine in for the AirPods Pro for the more comfortable silicon eartips and noise cancellation.

They do sound great of course and the battery life is really pretty good, but I'm not a fan of the shape. The gen 2 Airpods were like the exact perfect shape to never fall out of my ears, but with these I absolutely need rubber attachments to keep them in my ear which is an annoying extra purchase especially when they rip and I need to replace them. I'm also disappointed that Apple is still maintaining this silly war and doesn't add any way for Android users to read the functions from the Airpods. I also hate Apple's obsession with everything being white so it gets dirty and scratched really easily.

Personally, I am glad that I brought Apple AirPods. They have a comfortable fit in my ears as well as amazing sound quality. I have Find My on my I-Phone, and I happen to misplace my Right Bud. It was amazing how accurate the function worked to find my Right AirPod. Without a doubt, I made the right decision on purchasing my new AirPods which has excellent battery life.

Work as intended, great sound, fit my me ears just fine, they are light and have decent battery life for how small they are, rapidly charge from storage dock. I'm using them with android phone and I am pleased. I give 4/5 stars because the refurbished ones I bought were not clean when I got them. I ended up cleaning with rubbing alcohol before use.

The Airpods work really good, it sounds perfect and the battery is good.

Solid ear buds for a decent price. I use for working out and driving equipment and they don’t fall out. Haven’t had them die on me either which is a big plus
