    I just got bought these and they consistently randomly disconnect. Often they sound too static-y to actually be able to hear anything. I can tell they are used and if someone else did not want them anymore, it’s probably for good reason. The likely hood is they are not functioning or only semi functioning.

    Pods worked fine but the case lid was really loose . I was working as security officer, walking my area and they fell out of the case, unnoticed!! I can’t find them anywhere. Money wasted

    Ear wax and hair was inside the refurbished unit. Im not sure how this passed quality control but disgusting to say the least. They couldnt replace due to not keepinf refurbished in-store so I paid the additonal for new.

    They dont fit/hurt my ears. It seems rhey have changed the shape from previous generations. They fall out constantly during any facial expression or movement.

    Sound quality is terrible, they’re uncomfortable and they do not conform/fit your ears at all, so you hear lots of background noise. I returned them and went with Beats Studio buds, they’re solid.
