Possibly user error
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These overall are a nice upgrade from the first generation AirPods sadly I struggle to get them to stay in my ears and they don’t connect when I have phone calls possible user error but maybe I am more of a over the ear headphones user I stead of near ones but they are nice to have as a back up and just for in the goes easy access

Refurbished AirPod 4

Everything seems to work fine, but we were very surprised when he opened them and said there was ear wax on one ear bud. We found it in 2 spots, so it made us question if the AirPods we received we even looked over and inspected. We understand that they are refurbished, but expected them to at least be clean. Needless to say, extremely disappointed and makes us wonder what the quality will be.
