Sound quality is not that great. AirPods look great just the fact that the volume lowers it self is not the best

Just buy the new ones! Good Product but I do not recommend saving a few bucks on refurbished (online purchase) buds. This set was beat up like they'd been kicking around a middle school kid's backpack for a month and then got returned. They were kinda gross with beat up packaging too. I exchanged them and bought a brand new pair. I have bought refurbished from other retailers but Best Buy must have lower refurb standards.

Good AirPods just didn’t receive them had to refund and go in store to buy

The audio quality wasnt good as expected i feel like my airpod 2nd gen was better in some ways

The audio is great on these. But they do not want to stay in my ears even compared to the regular gen 2 airpods.

Purchased the Sasung 3, the right eye bud stoped working and took them to the geek squad in the Winchester store to get repaired, the associate just refunded my buds with no concern if i wanted my buds or not. I loved my buds but now i am budless due to no real service from the geek squad, they was to busy to ask and just went to the next customer. So i am budless looking for buds, will get my Samsung 3 again but the pro, not from the geek squad.

Works well but doesn't stay put in my ears. They keep falling out

Tried to use for the first time today and would not work and said they were set up already. Contacted Apple learned the case and AirPods were not a match.. great

unbelievable experience. Purchased one defective out of box contacted agent online to get replacement. Price has changed from 89.99 to 99.99. online agent said they cannot do anything, but they can help in store, drove to store to return and order a replacement. store told me they can't do anything other than take return and to call customer service. I returned at store. Called customer service we told nothing they can do I now have to pay 99.99 asked for a supervisor was hung up on called back asked again and was told nothing they can do if i want replacement i have to pay 99.99.

Unfortunately I purchased a refurbished pair of earbuds, but after only two months of use they stopped working properly! Contacted Best Buy to see if anything could be done, but I was told I would have only 15 days to return them, or I could schedule a repair at my own cost! So lesson learned, only buy new and don’t expect long warranties on refurbished items! Love Apple products however, disappointed in Best Buy!

The absolute WORST customer service....air pods do not work. Called two days after the incredibly short return period because instead of rushing to return, we tried to fix them ourselves. We realized we couldn't but it was past the deadline. Called customer service, that was unsuccessful, asked to speak with a supervisor...he said It was too long of a wait so I couldn't stay on hold....I said I"d wait...then he pretended he couldn't hear me. What on earth?!?!

Units work, however, they do not allow for use of find my as they are not matching sets and Apple keeps providing warning as such.

I have still yet to receive this item. I have reached out numerous times to Best Buy and the shipper regarding this and have received nothing but an email saying I should work with local law enforcement regarding this matter.

Ordered as a gift. Opened and tried by my daughter 19 days from purchase, right ear NO sound. Took to best but ly to be fixed, they were rude, just refunded the money and wouldnt exchange for equal pricing. Went to get new pair, no one came to help. Went elsewhere. Made me pick store credit or best buy card - couldnt even get my money back. Unreal!

Bought two pair….one for me one for the hubby…neither allowed you to answer or end a call…switch songs….other than being able to listen to music or talk on them they did not function well…had to have your phone handy to answer end calls through it ….

All in all I like the EarPods 4 but the sad thing is they don’t stay in my ear long I have to constantly push them back in.

I brought these for my wife and she only used them a few times before the case will not charge. The pair before only one side worked. I will not purchase refurbished devices again! Thats what I get for trying to save a buck, but Shame on Bestbuy for selling junk to loyal customers!!!
