Refurbished not good at all!!!

The pair before only one side worked. I will not purchase refurbished devices again! Thats what I get for trying to save a buck, but Shame on Bestbuy for selling junk to loyal customers!!!

Make sure to test any products that are refurbished before you leave the store. I ended up buying a newer, non-refurbished pair of airpods that were in a similar price range

I'm getting a warning that the previous owner can track my location via the "find my" app. This seems like something Geeksquad should have checked during their refurbishment process.

Dead on Arrival
