Haven't got my AirPods on the day that was planned and i have to wait a week and a half to get them and it is kind of annoying but i hope they are good when they arrive

I ordered a pair of refurbished AirPods 4 with ANC as a gift, and since I’m not familiar with Apple products, I didn’t realize at first that something was off. Over time, it became clear that not only did the AirPods lack Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), but the wireless charging also didn’t work. On top of that, the Bluetooth connection was unstable, cutting out randomly, even just a few feet away from my phone. But the worst part of this experience wasn’t just the product; it was the absolutely unhelpful customer service. I tried reaching out multiple times to ask specific questions, especially about how to return the item from overseas. Each time, I got the same scripted response, completely unrelated to my question. I asked clearly about international return options, and three different times they told me to “go to a physical Best Buy store and they’ll help you.” That’s not even possible in my case. They didn’t listen, didn’t adapt, and honestly didn’t care. I understand that things can go wrong with refurbished products, but when they do, the customer service experience matters even more. In this case, it was robotic, frustrating, and left me with a broken gift and no support. Would not recommend. If you're buying refurbished Apple products from Best Buy, be very cautious. And don’t expect any real help if something goes wrong.

Sound quality is not that great. AirPods look great just the fact that the volume lowers it self is not the best

Just buy the new ones! Good Product but I do not recommend saving a few bucks on refurbished (online purchase) buds. This set was beat up like they'd been kicking around a middle school kid's backpack for a month and then got returned. They were kinda gross with beat up packaging too. I exchanged them and bought a brand new pair. I have bought refurbished from other retailers but Best Buy must have lower refurb standards.

Purchased the Sasung 3, the right eye bud stoped working and took them to the geek squad in the Winchester store to get repaired, the associate just refunded my buds with no concern if i wanted my buds or not. I loved my buds but now i am budless due to no real service from the geek squad, they was to busy to ask and just went to the next customer. So i am budless looking for buds, will get my Samsung 3 again but the pro, not from the geek squad.

These headphones die fast get the pros, spend the extra money

The audio is great on these. But they do not want to stay in my ears even compared to the regular gen 2 airpods.

The audio quality wasnt good as expected i feel like my airpod 2nd gen was better in some ways
