Like new air pod max. Great weight high quality material and amazing sound. Connects to Tv for private movie watching. Love being able to switch between transparency and noise cancelling.

this is the best product apple ever created. the pair of used airpods max best buy sent me are like new. the sm5s i bought from amazon broke after a year. these things are built like a tank. thank you best buy.

Great sound quality and connection convenience. I have some issues on call where people are not able to hear me properly. But the music quality is great.

They are amazing, but our airpod pro 2 get you almost there. I do like them, but it is a heft price for headphones. whether they are worth it is hard to say, but I think I will keep them, for more enjoyable music listening and a more emersive sound when watch movies on my apple tv.

These are the best headphones I have ever owned. The noise cancelling alone makes them worth it. I get overstimulated in public places and these really help me.

The refurbished are more affordable and are basically the exact same as what new ones would look and sound like. They look brand new and sound amazing. Noise canceling is the best with the Air Pods Max, highly recommend.

I'm by no means an expert on earphones...but they work seamlessly with all of my Apple devices, and like I mentioned I am no expert and haven't tried any other brands, but these are amazing with the sound being fantastic to me.

Very solid headphones! I still prefer my Airpod Pros 2 for noise cancelling but these are great for using around the house or connecting to your AppleTV to watch a movie. Definitely buy refurbished as they are ridiculously expenseive and the case isn’t great so buy a hard cover one from Amazon. I love all Apple products.

Inside the box, these units were in great condition and all genuine. A pleasant experience considering the price and amount of counterfeit AirPod Max units floating around.

Comfortable fit, great sound, long battery life. Apple is just expensive and you are paying for a name brand, you could get similar ones for a fraction of the price. The microphone is also spotty and people cannot always hear me when on the phone.

These headphones are great. They sound amazing and build quality is great. They integrate perfectly with all my other Apple products. The sound cancellation and transparency mode work great during my train commute and walking around the city. Definitely one of Apple's best executed devices.

I loved these at first but they are bulky and you can sometimes hear your music through the headphones. The sound quality it’s amazing and so is the color.

Probably the best headphone for the money . It has memory to connect multi devices once you put in your ears . Clear and full sounds. It was expensive but i got refurbished at $ 340.00 ( factory guarantee).
