Pricey but just so darn elegant, and the sound is amazing,

The head phones work well and a good quality durable excellent sound and I use them to work out while I’m in the gym.

The Product I received was almost like a new Device with a very small amount of usage sign. Sound Quality, Battery Backup everything is like what we expect from a brand new product. On Top of this, I received 6 month brand warranty.

I was super excited about these headphones, but I was let down. The noise cancellation feature is great, and the sound is average. BUT they are very heavy and started to hurt my ears/jaw after 5 minutes of having them on. For the price, I wouldn’t waste your money. I’m sure there are better alternatives, and I will be sticking to my sony earbuds. Hope this helps!

Great sound and the noise cancelling out there. Make sure you get them on sale, No different from the new ones. Same sound etc

The sound is incredible. The build quality is great and although to hold it feels heavy, its not heavy on the head and very comfortable on the ears. Will get my wife a pair for her birthday for sure.

The AirPods were refurbished and appeared to be in good working condition. However, the ear tabs appeared to be a bit dirty for my preference so I did return them and get a brand new pair.

Love them so much l!! Lasts long and I still have them!

Definitely refurbished is the way!!! Don’t spend your money on full price, mines came in perfect conditions and the life batteries is the same exact as the full price one

Good headphones, but not really justified price with all the competitors. The sound quality is suberb and definitely will do great, but the features compared to the XM5s and Boses, just dosen't compete. I hope they make a v2 for the heaphones with more features.

I've had a few issues since evidently the previous owner didn't remove Find My on them. They do sound good and they don't look used, but I've had to take them back a couple of times for repairs. I've not had brand new ones, so maybe they have the same issue. So far, Apple has helped out, but I'm thinking they may have to replace them with a new pair if the issue can't be resolved. The price was better, but it would probably be less trouble buying new ones.

How does apple make blue headphones that doesn’t match the blue iPad. I’m upset about this one so I had to return only for that reason. Other than that great headphones

These are worth every penny I’m so glad they offer refurbished so I didn’t have to spend $500+ on them. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with them they are exactly like getting brand new. No scratches nothing looks used

Great looking headphone. Unfortunately I wasn't impressed with the sound for $500 headphone. The Noise cancellation is amazing, but the sound is not great. Volume doesn't go that high, bass is not too strong, and random popping and crackling noises when ANC is on. I wanted to love them, but for $500 these were not worth it in my opinion.

Ive had earpods for years and finally made the switch to over ear. I started with beats and the bass isnt there. Finally took the plunge and purchased these babies. INCREDIBLE.

Very good, no issues. The noise cancellation is so cool and the dial for the volume is nice and smooth.

I was a little skeptical about it being "refurbished"... it works perfectly and i think geeksquad did a great job with whatever issues that needed to be fixed. I love these headphones and it was a great price!

I like the Apple AirPod Max. The noise cancellation feature is amazing. The only thing I don’t like is the low power mode is only activated in the case and that find my is still connected to another user.
