They have done a great job with cleaning and distributing great products. Sorry for customers misfortunes, but im satisfied.

I am an audio engineer and getting the apple lighting to 3.5mm cable left me no issue using these for sound mixing.

Box was barely intact, and headphones were noticeably dirty. It’s definitely rough for a “certififed” refurbished product. Ive seen other people complain that theyre getting pairs still connected to other peoples accounts which is insane. Only upside is that the headphones do function as intended (at least my pair does). But its certainly not worth it even for the reduced price point. If you can just wait for a sale and buy a new pair.
