As a bit worried because they wouldn't turn on when I first got them but after resetting them, they were good as new. They did smell a little weird though so I washed and disinfected the earpieces before using them.

Love them so much they my babies i use them every day and i enjoy music and having a place to just clear my mind

I saw reviews that may have discouraged me from this purchase, but this was not my first rodeo with Best Buy geek squad. They have done a great job with cleaning and distributing great products. Sorry for customers misfortunes, but im satisfied.

These headphones have changed the game for me! My husband purchased a pair and I used them from time to time and finally decided to pull the trigger. I use these for literally everything!

I’m very happy with my purchase the headphones are really comfortable and the sound is great. I bought them as is open box inspected by the geek squad. Purchased Apple care for like $65 bucks well worth it for the piece of mind

My favorite headphones ever. I prefer them to in ear buds due to sensitivity issues. The noise cancelling is INCREDIBLE. Take it with you on an airplane and you’ll see how good it is.

I bought them as a gift for my daughter and it was a huge success. Her happy face and excitement when she received them justified the investment.

Best Buy delivered a great pair of AirPods Max, I had no issue getting them out of the box and setup. I am an audio engineer and getting the apple lighting to 3.5mm cable left me no issue using these for sound mixing.

Refurbished but still good as new. Sound quality is on par with song. Very comfortable on the head and ears.

Works great right out of the box! I also purchased refurbished and it was a great decision I didn't have any issues with syncing to my apple Iphone and i saved money as well!

These should be considered straight used and not really refurbished. Box was barely intact, and headphones were noticeably dirty. It’s definitely rough for a “certififed” refurbished product. Ive seen other people complain that theyre getting pairs still connected to other peoples accounts which is insane. Only upside is that the headphones do function as intended (at least my pair does). But its certainly not worth it even for the reduced price point. If you can just wait for a sale and buy a new pair.

The product is awesome. I love it. However somehow the acrive noise cancellation was not working.

These headphones are amazing! However, the battery life decreases over time !

Good quality headphones, refurbished product yet still feels new, unfortunately I did have to return them due to battery not charging but they were able to help me and give me a new pair!!!
