Besides the sweat getting into the removable ear pieces would recommend just be careful not to over do it and clean them if you see water inside.

After using them for some time I have noticed somethings. The volume in one ear is louder than the other, the volume automatically turns up.

Size was too big and the case was horrible. No ofv button either and mine came with scratches…

Extremly dissapointed with the microphone. Can`t fathom a pair of such expensive headphones to have such a terrible microphone. Teams / Zoom calls are horrible. Of course, I only noticed this while being in a louder environment and ONLY TWO Days after my return window closed. I would have not kept these...

For the price, the audio quality is poor. It's very thin - there's basically no bass at all. There isn't a good way to customize the EQ either: Apple's built in EQ customizer on iOS doesn't persist those settings on your headphones when using it with other devices, and the tuning options are very limited. Even bass boost doesn't add much bass

It's a scam, bestbuy didn't ship me the certified item and It shared my sensitive location information to someone

Do not buy Refurbished AirPod Max 1. Most of the time it still link to someone Apple account. 2. Engineering flaw - water condensation build up inside the headphones 3. Despite all the ANC, static noise/popping sound. You ask Apple to repair/replace your headphones. Apple won’t replace/repair your headphones (Even it’s still covered with 1 yr warranty)

While they were able to pair to my phone and play audio, the pair that I got was paired with someone else's Apple ID, and Find My did not work, and I had to return them (which was a relatively painless process). Just beware that this may happen to you when buying a refurbished unit!

Rating it 3 stars, the design of the product is great however the audio quality feel a bit short for me.

Yes, they are pretty, they look good. However, for the money I expected to be blown away and that was not the case here. The battery life is abismal especially for headphones that big and that expensive. I also found the noise cancelling to be ok, not great. I ended up returning them.

Very disappointed with this purchase. I bought these headphones and within 1 month they stopped working completely. Best buy told me that couldn’t do anything about this and to contact apple… such a waste of time and pain. If your product stops working within such a short period of time you should offer a replacement or help to solve this problem and not push its customers off to someone else. Wouldn’t recommend. Also got these headphones when they were already connected to someone else’s icloud…best buy get it together.

It worked well for a month. Then it would not stay charged. Then it stopped charging and no longer works.

When I received the item everything was okay but I had some issues Firstly the item came connected to someone else’s Apple ID which was very strange if it was looked over and cleaned by geek squad then I went to return it in store and they couldn’t because of the iCloud that wasn’t mine and now I have to wait 2 weeks just to get my money back and order a new one

Device was paired to another Apple ID. Cannot use. Been on the phone over three hours trying to figure out what to do. Best Buy has been zero help. Every time I buy an electronic from them, there seems to always be a catch whether it was my washer and dryer that didn’t work and I had to spend around 12 hours on the phone trying to get that sorted or something like this. The customer support sucks. I just keep getting referred to another person.

Headphones work great! Can’t even tell they were refurbished, I would recommend to a friend.

Do NOT buy refurbished items from Best Buy! This item was not removed from the previous owners Apple ID. They are showing as stolen from Apple and Best Buy will not help me. Apple did all they could and Best Buy is playing a run around game. I get transferred to wrong depts, I get no help and most recently I was told they can not help me. So these headphones are going to stop working since apple thinks they are stolen. Maybe They will read this and actually help me. I have been trying for 3 days to resolve this. Horrible customer service!!!

The headphones I received were still linked to another's Apple ID, allowing them to track the headphones location using the Find My app. While the price was nice and the condition was excellent, I had to return them. I will just save up for a new pair to ensure I don't run into the same issue.

I purchased AirPod max and in November they where exchange got them thru ups on December, they work great, the problem is that I can never register it in my name and if I lose them never find them because the person that returned them never unregistered them. Now Best Buy can't help me because I have been thur more that 10 geek squad agents gone to the store now more than 3 time. By now I am so tired with this I just rather keep them and post the negative experience.
