So the headphones were as expected, but not seeing it stated that neither Best Buy or Apple will warranty them even at an additional cost was a major disappointment.

Its aight, was pretty new no any scratch on it. Sound quality is not bad

Super over rated could of saved some money on these headphone

Bought these headphones for my daughter who is a NCAA D1 swimmer, for her pre-swim concentration and mental preparation, they lasted 4 months, before they stopped charging. Truly dissapointed. I appreciate Best Buy customer for allowing the return.

i wanted to love it however I sadly had to retun it because it was glitching and often disconnect. People couldn’t hear on the phone calls and for over $400 you can’t hear me is a big problem. The retachable ear piece fell off a few times when i took it off my head.

Headphones sound great but arrived with stains on the headset.

I bought 2 pairs of apple AirPods max headphones. They were connected to someone’s eles’s apple id. I tried to return then 3 times and was turned away some the account is still connected, but after explaining that they came like that and it was not my account they told me to talk to bestbuy support which gave me the run around untill the return period was over and said theres nothing i can do.

The head phones are all scratched and i looked at the inside and they where scratched

all fine with the AirPods Max, I definitely recommend to buy them,

Headphones are good, but I was sent the wrong charging adapter for the cord.

Worst experience with Best Buy. I ordered this item and it turns out that the air pod maxes I received were fake. They were a very obvious fake they were made out of plastic I took them into geek squad in store to confirm the authenticity of the item and I was told that the item was indeed fake. I did get back my money, but it does make me question the authenticity of bestbuy refurbished products

Wonderful headset. Great noise canceling and sound.

First after 3 days in made god awful screeching sounds from left side Stopped working 4 days after receiving was in a baggie at the bottom of a box with a bit of bubble wrap on top when received so I don’t know if they were damaged in shipping or weren’t Apple( Refurbished)recertification approved??? But either way I don’t know if you should buy them or not I am going to buy a brand new pair this time.

Best Buy sold me a pair of air pods max without ensuring the previous owner removed the device from their apple ID. Now the previous owner can see my current location at all times & my apple account is constantly notifying me of this. They are refusing to extend the warranty as im out of country and returning after the return date. Do not trust best buy with refurbished products

My wife: “Why are these so expensive” ?? Me: “Just because their Apple.” The B&O and Bowers & Wilkens have better sound for this price you may as well go full audiophile quality!

Its farustrating, why best buy sell this kind of damged product; sound is good. But no one can listen my voice

Started having issues with the right pod shorting out. No audio or connection. Majority of time no issues, but not worth the price. Returned and purchased new.
