Disappointment after receiving defective product

I have turning on item. I got a defect message and took it to the Apple Store immediately. They wanted to send it off for me to wait an additional week and a half to find out what was wrong with it. I decided to purchase a new headset. I was very disappointed.

Tons of complaints about GeekSquad refurbished products. Better to go with Apple Refurbished only. Best Buy wasted my time. Now I need to return these.

iCloud locked, avoid at all costs

They sold me a pair that was linked to another person’s icloud which means I can not properly even use them, and then were extremely unhelpful when contacting support.

Refurbished bust

Improper refurbishing

After I returned them, the second set I received was great and a good value.
