Would think they’d be unpaired since they were refurbished.

Will probably get a refund

GREAT QUALITIES

When they first came in the package(exterior) was a tad dirty but the inside(most important) was extremely cleaned and packaged with care. They connected to my phone just like my boyfriend’s AirPod max’s which were from the Apple Store. 10/10 recommend for being functional and you save a lot of money
