The item seemed to be seriously warn, i have the slightest feeling the employees there are running a scam. Switching the products that are in great new condition with their own worn used condition personal items. When i received my item the person who helped me had this guilty aura about giving me my order. When i opened the item after leaving the store to inspect, the headphones where in very used condition, in fact they were warm as if they was just used prior to me picking them up.

When I received my item in the mail, the box it came in was damaged and the item itself was dirty. It had someone’s hair in it and dirt in the bottom of the protective case. They also were not unpaired from the original purchasers iphone so if I didn't know how to reset them then the person would know where I am/ where I live. I understand that they were refurbished and it was a good price but for something that’s dirty and a possible safety risk I don’t know that I would recommend buying refurbished again.

I had the worst nightmare ever with Best Buy in my life-…. Great headphones, horrible customer service. I bought a pair of Open Box, they we’re iCloud locked.. they told me theyd send me another open box pair same color and all… Guess what, iCloud locked!?! Finally they gave me a new set at the Open Box price, where does Best Buy’s terms say “This Device Could Potentially Have The Last Owners Apple ID On It”… No where, and it took 7 phone calls, and 2 hours in store at least to get this fixed. Big L for Best Buy… come on man

Not necessarily bad, but my AirPods Max did not work. Came looking like new but didn’t work. I think Best Buy just takes all the ones that are sent back to them and puts them in the reneevwed section without looking at them

Pretty nasty. The AirPod Maxes were categorized as "Excellent" and upon opening the box a bad smell came out, the case and AirPod ear covers are covered in makeup, and the AirPods are still connected to the previous owner who received a notification of my location when I connected their device to my phone. Felt like I found this in a corner of a second-hand store, not as a refurbished item through BestBuy. Gross.

Bought a refurbished item & Received the product dirty.

When i got theheadphones, the sound quality was half decent. Not worth the monet you pay. Plus the noise cancellation did not work because the clamping force was too low. The dials and button on the heaphones did not work! I troubleshooted with Apple , and they said to return it back to Best Buy! I know that the airpod max new is expensive, but honestly with these drawbacks you might as well get a new Bose headphones or Beats!

Came in an open box, which was ok for me. Had a few big scratches. But the worst thing - it was under somebody else's Apple ID. Best Buy should Apple products before reselling them!

Half the items don’t work. I bought some airpod max and they malfunction. Best buy stop selling these products through them away they don’t work probably

Used it for less than 2 months and the left speaker is making a windy/white noise sound when I turn on the active noise canceling feature.

Price wise there’s better out there , if they were $250-$300 headphones they wouldn’t be as bad

Had to return, sound out of only one side dispite multiple updates and workarounds
